Zusammenfassung

Es gibt eine Vielzahl von potenziellen Auslösern für Beschwerden im Bereich des Hüftgelenkes und der Leiste bei Sportlern. Dieses Kapitel gibt eine Übersicht über häufige Ursachen, die zu Beschwerden im vorderen, seitlichen oder hinteren Bereich des Hüftgelenkes führen können. Die Diagnostik- und Therapieprinzipien werden ausgehend von der aktuellen Evidenz vorgestellt.
