Bei der Neubewertung von Situationen können Sie die Art und Weise, wie Sie über Dinge denken und fühlen, beeinflussen. Dies wird Ihnen eine gewisse Unabhängigkeit von äußeren Bedingungen ermöglichen und neue Wege für Denken, Handeln und Fühlen eröffnen.
