Zusammenfassung

In diesem Fallbeispiel wird die Notwendigkeit einer raschen und zielgerichteten prä- und innerklinischen Versorgung beim akuten Koronarsyndrom ab der Notarztalarmierung verdeutlicht. Nach erfolgreicher Rekanalisation mittels perkutaner transluminaler koronarer Angioplastie (PTCA) wurde der Patient für 24 h einer moderaten Hypothermiebehandlung (33,0°C) unterzogen, um ungünstige zerebrale Folgen des kardiogenen Schocks sowie der erfolgten kardiopulmonalen Reanimation zu limitieren.
