Stellenwert der Lyse im Rettungswesen

Zusammenfassung

Durch die Einführung der modernen Fibrinolyse und der damit verbundenen Möglichkeit des raschen Wirkungseintritts weitete sich der Einsatz von solchen Medikamenten, die bisher auf die Anwendung im stationären Bereich beschränkt waren, auf den präklinischen Bereich aus. Unter stationären Bedingungen kommt die fibrinolytische Therapie beim akuten STEMI (ST-Strecken-Hebungs-Myokardinfarkt), bei akuter massiver Lungenembolie mit hämodynamischer Instabilität und dem ischämischen Schlaganfall zum Einsatz. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden neben den genannten etablierten Indikationen auch denkbare Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Fibrinolyse im Rettungsdienst vorgestellt.
