4. Peripherneurologische Steuerung

Zusammenfassung

Der motorischen Steuerung durch (Schmerz-)Sensoren in den Muskeln, Faszien, Sehnen, Gelenkkapseln und Bändern wird besondere Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet. Diese Steuerung findet unter normalen Umständen völlig automatisch und unbewusst statt. Hemmende Einflüsse u. a. aus den Gelenken führen zu Ausgleichsmotorik zu Lasten beispielsweise der Wirbelsäule. Bewusste motorische Lernprozesse können allerdings die Folgen dieser hemmenden Einflüsse korrigieren.
Eine Anwendung der Grundlagen dieser Gelenkneurologie führt zu effektiveren motorischen Programmen in der Rehabilitation sowie zu einer Optimierung der Verletzungsprävention im Sport.
