13. Lebensführung und Ernährung in der Schwangerschaft

Zusammenfassung

Eine evidenzbasierte Beratung über den Lebensstil in der Schwangerschaft ist nur teilweise möglich. Von erwiesenem Vorteil sind eine kontinuierliche medizinische Basisbetreuung, regelmäßige körperliche Aktivität, Nikotinabstinenz und eine gesunde Ernährung. Eine ausgewogene und gezielte Ernährung kann sowohl zum Wohlbefinden der werdenden Mutter als auch zur Gesundheit des Kindes beitragen. Eine fundierte Information der Schwangeren ist daher ein wichtiger Teil der Schwangerenbetreuung.
