2. Geburtsassoziierte Plexusparese

Zusammenfassung

10–15 % der Schulterdystokien führen zu einer Plexusparese. Die Früherkennung der Parese und die Abgrenzung zu anderen Krankheitsbildern sind für die adäquate Behandlung von großer Bedeutung. Geburtsassoziierte Plexusparesen ohne vorausgegangene Shulterdystokie sind möglich, aber extrem selten.
