Zusammenfassung

Millionen von Jahren unserer Evolution zeichneten sich durch limitierte Nahrungsressourcen aus. Nahrungsmangel war deshalb stets viel häufiger als Nahrungsüberfluss und die optimale Verwertung der Nahrung immer ein Überlebensvorteil.
