Zusammenfassung

Hypophysentumore entspringen in den meisten Fällen der Adenohypophyse, dem vorderen Anteil der Hypophyse, und repäsentieren ca. 25 % aller intrakranieller Tumore. Die transsphenoidale Hypophysenchirurgie wird in diesem Kapitel hinsichtlich der anästhesiologischen Besonderheiten dargestellt.
