10. Transabdominelle präperitoneale Patchplastik (TAPP): Fehlervermeidung, Nachsorge, Schmerzmanagement und Lernkurve

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird praxisnah nach Gutachterfällen und eigenen Missgeschicken detailliert auf mögliche Fehler bei Durchführung einer TAPP sowie auf deren Vermeidung eingegangen. Außerdem wird die Lernkurve beschrieben und ausführlich dargestellt, wie sie effektiv verkürzt und ein Trainingsprogramm für den jungen Chirurgen gestaltet werden kann. Darüber hinaus werden die persönlichen Erfahrungen zum Schmerzmanagement und der Nachsorge geschildert sowie abschließend Gründe genannt, warum der Erstautor die TAPP im Operationsspektrum bei der Leistenhernie bevorzugt.
