34. Lobektomie und Pneumonektomie

Zusammenfassung

Lungenkarzinome sind die häufigsten Krebserkrankungen weltweit, wobei sich die Prognose kaum verbessert. Erkrankung und betroffenes Patientengut werden unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des klinischen Bildes und der Diagnostik beschrieben. Schwerpunkt des Kapitels bilden die operativen Therapieverfahren, wie offenen (Bi)lobektomie, VATS-Lobektormie und Pneumonektomie, sowie deren Auswirkungen auf das anästhesiologische Verfahren, zu dem u. a. das spezielle Atemwegsmanagement mittels Doppellumentubus oder Bronchusblocker gehören.
