Hypertensiver Notfall und hypertensive Krise

Zusammenfassung

Der hypertensive Notfall und die hypertensive Krise sind häufige Krankheitsbilder und durch eine Blutdruckentgleisung mit Endorganschaden (Notfall) bzw. ohne Endorganschaden (Krise) definiert. Wesentlich ist die rasche differenzialdiagnostische Unterscheidung zwischen hypertensivem Notfall und hypertensiver Krise, um eventuell bestehende Endorganschäden zu limitieren oder einen irreversiblen Endorganschaden zu verhindern. Die Unterscheidung von Notfall und Krise hat auch wesentliche Konsequenzen in der Therapiestrategie und Überwachung. Die Auswahl der antihypertensiven Medikation und das Ausmaß der Blutdrucksenkung sind abhängig von der Organmanifestation.
