123. Haut- und Weichgewebeinfektionen

Zusammenfassung

Haut- und Weichteilinfektionen entstehen selten spontan bei Prädisposition (z. B. Erysipel im Bereich von Narben) oder direkt nach Intervention (z. B. postoperative Abszesse) und sind die Domäne der grampositiven Bakterien. Die Therapie erfolgt bei tiefer Wundinfektion nach Möglichkeit gezielt und systemisch sowie ggf. begleitend zur chirurgischen Herdsanierung. Für die kalkulierte antiinfektive Therapie fließt die Ätiopathogenese in die Auswahl der einzusetzenden Antiinfektiva mit ein, z. B. ob nosokomial oder ambulant erworben.
