26. Evaluation von körperlicher Aktivität

Zusammenfassung

Es ist eine wichtige Aufgabe von Physiotherapeuten, ihre Patienten danach zu fragen, wie viel sie sich im Alltag bewegen, und bei Bedarf einen bewegten Lebensstil zu initialisieren oder dessen Fortsetzung zu unterstützen. Insbesondere im Rahmen der pulmonalen Rehabilitation stehen ein gezieltes Training und die Förderung von Bewegung im Alltag im Mittelpunkt. Im folgenden Kapitel wird kurz vorgestellt, wie körperliche Aktivität subjektiv und objektiv erhoben werden kann.
