Zusammenfassung

Thorakoabdominelle Aortenaneurysma sind selten. Das Operationsverfahren richtet sich nach dem Risikoprofil des Patienten, der Lebenserwartung und den morphologischen Voraussetzungen. Ziel dabei ist die Ausschaltung des Aneurysmas. Die anästhesiologisch relevanten chirurgischen Besonderheiten sowie deren Management werden in diesem Kapitel erörtert.
