Sie treffen als zuständige Notärzt:in mit dem Rettungsdienst bei einem 55-jährigen Patienten ein. Die initiale Alarmierung erfolgte, 40 min nachdem der Patient einen drückenden Schmerz auf der gesamten Brust verspürt habe, begleitet von einem Ziehen in den linken Oberarm. Ähnliche Beschwerden habe er bereits in schwächerer Form vor 3 Tagen verspürt. Sie finden ihn blass und kaltschweißig auf seinem Sofa liegend vor. Der Patient gibt an, dass er neben linksthorakalen Schmerzen ein Schwindelgefühl habe, zudem bestehe Übelkeit. Sein Bruder sei vor 2 Jahren an einem Herzinfarkt verstorben. …
