34. Pulmonale Rehabilitation

Zusammenfassung

Die pulmonale Rehabilitation ist eine evidenzbasierte Intervention, welche die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit und die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit COPD verbessert und Atemnot reduziert. Sie beinhaltet unterschiedliche interprofessionelle Behandlungsansätze. Die Grundlage besteht dabei aus einem Ausdauer- und Krafttraining. Es werden auch edukative Komponenten in die Rehabilitationsprogramme integriert, wie Schulung und Beratung. Anhand eines multidimensionalen Assessments zu Beginn der Rehabilitation werden körperliche, emotionale und soziale Einschränkungen erhoben. Diese werden von einem geschulten, interprofessionellen Rehabilitationsteam mit gezielten Therapien behandelt. Die unterschiedlichen Assessments dienen nicht nur der Identifikation von Einschränkungen, sondern auch um den Nutzen des Rehabilitationsprogramms auf die Einschränkungen der Patienten zu messen und evaluieren.
