4. Niederfrequente Elektrotherapie

Zusammenfassung

Gleichstrom und Impulsströme mit einem Gleichstromanteil lösen im Gewebe unter anderem eine entzündungsartige Reaktion die in direktem Zusammenhang steht mit der Wundheilung und Schmerzübertragung. Diesen Prozess nennt man eine neurogene Entzündung und der Ablauf wird ausführlich erklärt, ebenso die damit verbundenen Mechanismen wie der Axonreflex und der Hinterhornreflex. Es werden Anwendungen besprochen wie der klassische Gleichstrom im Zusammenhang mit der neurogenen Entzündung, die Iontophorese und monophasische Impulsstromanwendungen wie der Diadynamische Strom nach Bernard und der Ultrareizstrom (2–5 Strom) nach Träbert. Es werden genaue Hinweise zur Anwendung vermittelt und die Wirkungsmechanismen werden erörtert. Auf SpringerLink finden sich ein Befundbogen, eine Checkliste zum Behandlungsablauf und eine allgemeine Übersicht zu den verschiedenen Anwendungen zum Herunterladen.
