12. Herzfunktion bei COPD-Patienten

Zusammenfassung

Die chronisch obstruktive Pneumopathie (COPD) und die Herzinsuffizienz haben eine hohe Prävalenz und sind nicht selten koexistent. Patienten mit COPD haben häufig auch Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen als Komorbidität, nicht zuletzt aufgrund gemeinsamer Risikofaktoren, aber die COPD führt auch über die kardiopulmonale Interaktion zu Veränderungen von Vor- und Nachlast beider Ventrikel und zur Beeinflussung des Cardiac Outputs.
