Zusammenfassung
Patientinnen mit einer pulmonal-arteriellen Hypertonie unterliegen einem hohen Risiko für kardiale Dekompensationen im Rahmen einer Schwangerschaft sowie unmittelbar nach der Geburt. Aus diesem Grund sind eine intensive und dezidierte Beratung betroffener Frauen mit Kinderwunsch sowie eine engmaschige interdisziplinäre Betreuung in einem Schwerpunktzentrum während der gesamten Schwangerschaft unerlässlich.
