Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag befasst sich mit gesundheitsbezogener Lebensqualitätsforschung und fragt nach deren Relevanz für die Gesundheitssoziologie. Dazu werden verschiedene theoretische Konzepte und einige wichtige Messinstrumente diskutiert und kritisiert. Es werden Vorschläge unterbreitet, wie im Rahmen gesundheitssoziologischer Analysen mit medizinischen Lebensqualitätsdaten umgegangen werden kann. „durch“ Es wird dafür plädiert, im Rahmen gesundheitssoziologischer Analysen mit medizinischen Lebensqualitätsdaten kritisch umzugehen.
