Zusammenfassung
Der Einfluss der personalen Führung auf die Gesundheit der Beschäftigten wird in diesem Beitrag in den Fokus genommen. Im ersten Schritt geben wir einen Überblick über den aktuellen Forschungsstand. Bei einem Vergleich verschiedener gesundheitsförderlicher Führungskonzepte wird die Relevanz der Beziehungsqualität zwischen Führungskraft und Beschäftigten (Leader-Member Exchange) hervorgehoben. Abschließend wird die Gesundheit als Führungsaufgabe konkretisiert und verschiedene Formen, wie die gesunde Selbstführung, die menschengerechte Gestaltung der Arbeit und die Unternehmenskultur (Präventions- oder Gesundheitskultur) dargestellt.
