Anamnese

RTW und Notarzt werden unter dem Alarmierungsstichwort „Kollabierte Person” zu einer haltenden Straßenbahn gerufen. Da der Einsatzort in unmittelbarer räumlicher Nähe zur Rettungswache gelegen ist, erreichen beide Fahrzeuge zeitgleich nach drei Minuten die Einsatzstelle. In der Straßenbahn findet sich ein ca. 40-jähriger Patient unter laufender Laienreanimation. Der Patient sei vor ca. fünf Minuten im Sitzen kollabiert und sei nicht mehr ansprechbar gewesen. Eine zufällig anwesende Krankenschwester und ein Medizinstudent begannen unmittelbar mit der Einleitung Basis-Reanimationsmaßnahmen. Weitere Angaben zur Vorgeschichte sind in der Akutsituation nicht erhältlich.
