Akute Aphasien: Überlegungen zur sprachtherapeutischen Intervention in der ersten Rehabilitationsphase

Zusammenfassung

Im Folgenden werden die vorliegenden Forschungsergebnisse zum Thema akute Aphasien zusammengefasst und Folgerungen für die sprachtherapeutische Intervention (Diagnostik, Befunderhebung und Therapieplanung) in den ersten Wochen der Rehabilitation gezogen.

Angesichts der zunehmenden Notwendigkeit, den Einsatz therapeutischer Ressourcen effizienzorientiert zu planen, werden inhaltlich begründete Gewichtungen und Ausrichtungen der therapeutischen Aufgabenstellungen skizziert und zur Diskussion gestellt.

Abstract

The intend of this article is to summarize the currently available research concerning the course and characteristics of acute aphasia and to draw conclusions for the language pathologist’s tasks during the first weeks of recovery and rehabilitation (diagnostics, assessment and the planning of therapeutic intervention). Primary goals and selection of aims of therapy appropriate to acute aphasia are outlined and are presented for discussion.
