Multiple Traumatisierung und sexualisierte Übertragung

Summary.

Both deprivational and overstimulating traumas may contribute to the development of a tendency to sexualization. In the first case, the drive is streaming into an emotional vacuum, in the last case, it is the sexual abuse itself that leads to sexualization as a repetition compulsion. Sexualization is regarded here in its double character as a concretizing defence against the trauma and at the same time as an expression of lacking symbolization on the one side, and as the beginning of a symbolization and a communication about the trauma on the other side. Similarly, sexualized transference is seen as resistance, but also as the performance of a relational event. On the basis of the description of a phase of violent sexualized transference in an analytic psychotherapy we show, how basic emotional needs of the patient receive a sexualized quality and how increasing symbolization is developing through dreams, verbalization and the linking of sexual frustrations to mourning.

Zusammenfassung.

Sowohl Deprivations- als auch Überstimulierungstraumata können zur Entstehung einer Sexualisierungsneigung beitragen. Im ersten Fall ist es der Trieb, der in ein emotionales Vakuum einströmt, im zweiten der sexuelle Missbrauch von außen, der zur Sexualisierung im Wiederholungszwang führt. In ihrem Doppelcharakter wird die Sexualisierung sowohl als konkretisierende Abwehr des Traumas und Ausdruck mangelnder Symbolisierung verstanden als auch als anfängliche Symbolisierung des und Kommunikation über das Trauma. Ähnlich wird die sexualisierte Übertragung zwar als Widerstand, aber auch als Darstellung eines Beziehungsgeschehens gesehen. In einer ausführlichen Darstellung einer Phase heftiger sexualisierter Übertragung einer analytischen Psychotherapie wird anhand der Gegenübertragungsreaktion die Verschiebung basaler emotionaler Bedürfnisse der Patientin zu einer sexualisierten Qualität und die Entwicklung zunehmender Symbolisierung durch Träume, Verbalisierung und der Verbindung von Frustration sexueller Bedürfnisse mit Traueraffekten aufgezeigt.
