Zusammenfassung

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, basierend auf einem grundlegenden Verständnis der Frakturmorphologie, die Prinzipien der Reposition und Rekonstruktion der einzelnen Fragmente und Weichteile am proximalen Humerus zu verstehen. Entsprechend dem Dislokationsgrad und der Fragmentzahl soll die optimale Behandlungsform mit der jeweils günstigsten Repositions- und Fixationstechnik gefunden werden.
