Zusammenfassung
Das Programm „Mitfühlend leben“ (MBCL; Mindfulness‐Based Compassionate Living) zielt durch ein wissenschaftlich fundiertes Training von (Selbst‐)Mitgefühl darauf, mögliche Leiden zu lindern und körperliches, seelisches und soziales Wohlbefinden zu fördern. Es basiert auf der Fähigkeit der Achtsamkeit. Heutzutage gibt es bereits ein breites Angebot von Achtsamkeitstrainings in der präventiven und klinischen Gesundheitsfürsorge, und das Interesse an Follow‐up‐Programmen wächst. Das MBCL‐Programm bietet den Teilnehmenden praktische Wege, um ihre Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Achtsamkeit durch Mitgefühl zu vertiefen.
