Zusammenfassung

Da Bursen einen weitgehend lokalisationsunabhängigen Gewebeaufbau aufweisen, liegen gleichförmige Reaktionsmuster in der histopathologischen Diagnostik vor. Die wesentliche Aufgabe besteht in der Diagnostik von infektiösen und nichtinfektiösen Bursitiden. Lässt eine histopathologische Infektionsdiagnostik eine Subspezifizierung des Erregers nicht zu, so ist bei kristallinen/kristallininduzierten Bursitiden eine eindeutige Identifikation des partikulären Materials möglich.
