Zusammenfassung
In einer explorativen Untersuchung wird nun nach Verknüpfungsmöglichkeiten von Organisationstheorien mit BGF gesucht. Geklärt werden soll, ob es organisationstheoretische Unterschiede zwischen Organisationstypen gibt, die unterschiedliche BGFVarianten erfordern. Wenn dem so ist, werden vorläufige Hypothesen über den Zusammenhang zwischen BGF und unterschiedlichen Organisationstypen entwickelt.
