Zusammenfassung

Als Hauptsymptome einer Depression gelten nach ICD-10 beim älteren Patienten wie beim jüngeren:

  • eine depressive Verstimmung für die meiste Zeit des Tages

  • deutlicher Verlust von Freude und Interesse, sowie

  • ein Gefühl des Energieverlusts und vermehrter Müdigkeit.
