Wozu braucht man eigentlich ein Fach wie Medizinethik? Es gibt doch Gesetze! Warum ist dieses Fach (sowie dessen Studium und Forschungen) mehr als einfach eine sinnlose und zwecklose Spielerei? Warum befassen sich so viele (und keineswegs nur Mediziner) mit Fragen der Medizinethik? Sind dies nicht alles einfach Fragen der Gesetzgebung?
