Zusammenfassung
Entsprechend der Zentralstellung der Leber bei Synthese und Elimination von Gerinnungs- und Fibrinolyseproteinen stellt die hepatogene Hämostasestörung ein komplexes Krankheitsbild dar. Sie kommt zustande durch eine verminderte Produktion aller in der Leber gebildeten Gerinnungs- und Fibrinolyseproteine, durch Produktion abnormer Gerinnungsfaktoren, durch verminderte Elimination aktivierter Gerinnungsfaktoren sowie durch das Vorliegen einer Thrombozytopenie.
