Zusammenfassung
Dyslogie bedeutet die unvollständige Entwicklung aller Sprachfunktionen zufolge von Schwachsinn. Das Störungsbild besteht aus mehreren Komponenten: 1. Dyslogie im strengen Sinne als Ausdruck eines schwachen Geistes, der wenig zu sagen hat; 2. aphasieforme Störungen der Sprache mit schwerer Verzögerung der Sprachentwicklung wegen des Hirnschadens einschließlich der Sprachregionen; 3. dysarthrische Störungen des Redens als Zeichen des supranukleären Schadens der Nervenbahnen für die Sprechbewegungen; 4. dysglossische Störungen der Lautbildung als direkte mechanische Folge der mißbildeten peripheren Artikulatoren (Makroglossie, falsche Zahnstellung, Gaumeninsuffizienz, usw.); 5. dysphonische Störungen der Stimme, wenn der Kehlkopf von Lähmung, dysplastischer Mißbildung, Hormonstörung oder chronischer Entzündung betroffen ist.
