Zusammenfassung

Die experimentelle Embodiment-Forschung zeigt, wie sehr Denken und Fühlen mit Körperhaltungen und Körperbewegungen verknüpft sind. In diesem Kapitel referiere ich einige Ergebnisse dieser Forschung und setze sie in Beziehung zu klinischen Erfahrungen und Vorgehensweisen der Körperpsychotherapie.
