Zusammenfassung

Echte Kompressionen der Nerven in der Leistenregion sind extrem selten. Meist handelt es sich um funktionelle Beschwerdebilder bzw. Operationsfolgen. Aus eigener Erfahrung, aber auch aus der Literatur, sind in dieser Region Kompressionssyndrome des N. ilioinguinalis, N. obturatorius und N. saphenus bekannt. Ein ebenfalls seltenes Kompressionssyndrom stellt die Pudendusneuralgie dar. Diese Neuralgie wird in den meisten Fällen nicht oder sehr spät erkannt, sodass die Patienten lange Zeit nicht adäquat behandelt werden können.
