Zusammenfassung

Digitale Kommunikationsmedien spielen im Alltag von Kindern und Jugendlichen eine immer bedeutendere Rolle und finden somit auch vermehrt Verwendung in psychotherapeutischen Interventionen. Unter Berücksichtigung spezieller Herausforderungen wie Beziehungsgestaltung, visuelle Anonymität oder Datensicherheit werden exemplarisch mehrere bewährte onlinegestützte Interventionsansätze für Kinder und Jugendliche vorgestellt (u. a. Schreibinterventionen, videobasierte Beobachtungen und Feedback, verhaltenstherapeutische Computerspiele, multimediale Online-Trainings). Erste metaanalytische Auswertungen zu Interventionen für Jugendliche mit Angst und Depression sowie bei Interventionen, die auf eine Verbesserung des Erziehungsverhaltens von Eltern zielen, zeigen mittlere bis hohe Effektstärken. Um den Nutzen und die Wirksamkeit onlinegestützter Interventionen für das gesamte Störungsspektrum einschätzen zu können, bedarf es jedoch weiterer Forschung.
