Zusammenfassung

Iatrogene tracheobronchiale Verletzungen sind seltene Komplikationen, die allerdings einmal aufgetreten das Risiko hoher Morbidität und Mortalität in sich bergen. Mögliche Ursachen und diagnostische Schritte werden in diesem Kapitel vermittelt und anhand von Fallbeispielen einschließlich zahlreicher Abbildungen verständlich gemacht. Wesentlich sind dabei die praxisorientierten morphologischen tracheo-bronchoskopischen Klassifikationen isolierter und kombinierter Tracheaverletzungen und die übersichtliche Darstellung sich daraus ergebender Therapie-Algorithmen.
