Zusammenfassung
Jede interventionelle Maßnahme erfordert die Einbettung in eine Struktur aus periinterventionellen Maßnahmen und Kontrollen, die in konkrete Handlungen münden. In diesem Kapitel werden die prä-, peri- und postinterventionell zu beachtenden Maßnahmen behandelt, insbesondere wird eingegangen auf die präinterventionelle Gerinnungsoptimierung und den Umgang mit vorbestehender Antikoagulationstherapie, mit vorbestehenden unerwünschten Kontrastmittelreaktionen und Kontrastmittelnephrotoxizität. Es werden verschiedene periinterventionell auftretende Problematiken, wie beispielsweise die akute unerwünschte Kontrastmittelreaktion, und der Umgang damit behandelt. Weiterhin wird hinsichtlich des postinterventionellen Prozederes im Allgemeinen auf die Wichtigkeit der Übergabe relevanter Informationen an den übernehmenden Arzt eingegangen, insbesondere im Blick auf eine nötige Antikoagulation nach PTA bzw. Stentanlage.
