Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel befasst sich mit dem Stellenwert der Dopplersonographie während der Geburt. Dazu werden zuerst pathophysiologische Grundlagen erläutert. Danach wird die Treffsicherheit der intrapartalen Überwachungsmethoden Kardiotokogramm (CTG), fetale Blutgasanalyse (FBA) und Dopplersonographie verglichen. Abschließend werden Besonderheiten der Farbdopplersonographie erläutert.
