Zusammenfassung
Antiallergika werden zur Behandlung der allergischen Rhinitis und Konjunktivitis, des Asthma bronchiale, allergischer Hautreaktionen (z. B. Urtikaria, Pruritus) und generalisierter allergischer Krankheiten (z. B. Insektengiftallergien, anaphylaktische Reaktionen) eingesetzt. In diesem Kapitel werden schwerpunktmäßig H1-Antihistaminika, Epinephrin für die Notfallbehandlung und Hyposensibilisierungsmittel besprochen.
