Zusammenfassung
Konstruktive Teamarbeit und funktionierende Teamstrukturen bilden den Boden für produktive Leistungserbringung und erhalten die Motivation der Mitarbeitenden auf hohem Niveau. Wie dies psychologisch klug zu verwirklichen ist, wird in diesem Kapitel dargelegt. Es geht um die Führung, den Aufbau und die Entwicklung von Teams. Erfolgreiche Teamleistung beginnt mit der Suche nach Faktoren, die Kooperation begünstigen, und solchen, die sie behindern. Des Weiteren wird aufgezeigt, wie die Rahmenbedingungen der Teamarbeit gestaltet werden sollen, damit individuelles und organisationales Lernen stattfinden und sich in der Teamleistung niederschlagen. Um Veränderungen effektiv zu bewältigen, erhalten Führungskräfte Hinweise, wie Teamdynamik zu erfassen und zu interpretieren ist, damit sie methodisch wirksam intervenieren können. Zudem wird Wissen über Konflikte und konkrete Interventionsmöglichkeiten dargelegt, das die Führung befähigt, moderierend einzuwirken.
