Der Verdacht auf Kindesmisshandlung ist eine spezielle Situation in der Notfallmedizin, die in diesem Kapitel kurz beleuchtet werden soll. Prinzipiell ist es wichtig, als Notarzt den Weg zwischen der vorurteilsfreien Beurteilung der Situation und dem Wissen, dass ein Kindesmissbrauch prinzipiell möglich ist, zu finden.
