Zusammenfassung
Antiemetika und Antivertiginosa werden zur Behandlung von Erbrechen und Schwindel eingesetzt. Der weitaus größte Teil der Verordnungen entfällt auf Betahistin für Patienten mit Morbus Menière. Schwerpunkt der H1-Antihistaminika sind Prophylaxe und symptomatische Therapie von Übelkeit und Erbrechen.
