Komplikationen in der Sarkomchirurgie und bei multiviszeralen Resektionen

Zusammenfassung

Multiviszerale Resektionen können aufgrund von unterschiedlichen Pathologien indiziert sein. Am häufigsten ist die Mitresektion infiltrierter Nachbarorgane bei lokal fortgeschrittenen Tumoren des Gastrointestinaltraktes. Sehr ausgedehnte Resektionen können bei der abdominellen Kompartimentresektion in der Behandlung retroperitonealer Weichgewebssarkome sowie bei der zytoreduktiven Chirurgie aufgrund einer Peritonealkarzinose notwendig werden. Die Morbidität dieser radikalen Operationsverfahren ist dabei größer als die Summe der Komplikationen der Einzelresektionen. Die Präventionsmöglichkeiten und das Komplikationsmanagement sollen in diesem Kapitel am Beispiel der retroperitonealen und abdominellen Weichgewebschirurgie erläutert werden.
