Zusammenfassung

Die Chirurgie der Nebenniere basiert im Wesentlichen auf einer akkuraten endokrinologischen Diagnostik sowie einer geeigneten radiolographischen Schnittbildgebung. Eine enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit von Endokrinologie, Radiologie, Anästhesie und Chirurgie ist für den Behandlungserfolg von besonderer Bedeutung. Zur Vermeidung bzw. Beherrschung von Komplikationen ist es erforderlich, dass der behandelnde Chirurg neben den entsprechenden operativen Fähigkeiten sowie den nötigen anatomischen Kenntnissen auch über ein fundiertes endokrinologisches Wissen verfügt.
