Zusammenfassung

Die Erhaltung bzw. rasche Wiederherstellung der enteralen Ernährung trägt wesentlich zur Erholung eines schwer kranken Patienten bei. Die durchleuchtungsgesteuerte perkutane Gastrostomie bzw. Gastrojejunostomie stellt neben der endoskopischen und der chirurgischen Gastrostomie eine einfache und zuverlässige Methode zur künstlichen Ernährung dar.
