Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel geht es um organisatorische Strukturgestaltung. Fragen nach der richtigen Organisationsform stellen sich immer wieder: nach einem Zusammenschluss von Unternehmen, als Ergebnis von Wachstum oder durch eine Veränderung im Produkt- oder Leistungsspektrum. Organisationsgestaltung beginnt mit der Aufgabenteilung, worauf sich die Aufgabenintegration anschließt. Dieses Kapitel stellt die klassischen Organisationsformen dar, geht aber auch auf neue Organisationsmodelle ein, die Agilität und Veränderungsbereitschaft als Kernmerkmale aufweisen.
