Zusammenfassung
In der hausärztlichen Versorgung kommt es häufiger zu Fehldiagnosen, was erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Patientensicherheit hat. Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) verspricht mithilfe schnellerer und genauerer Diagnosen Fehler zu reduzieren und eine verbesserte Patientenversorgung zu ermöglichen. Bislang gibt es jedoch keine weitverbreitete Anwendung der KI in der hausärztlichen Versorgung. Gründe dafür sind eine fehlende Akzeptanz von Ärzten gegenüber Gesundheitsinformationssystemen sowie die geringe Anzahl entwickelter KI-Systeme für den hausärztlichen Bereich. Angesichts der Bedeutung des menschlichen Faktors bei der Einführung neuer Technologien ist die Untersuchung der Einstellung der Hausärzte zu KI von entscheidender Bedeutung. Anhand von 15 Interviews konnten Bedenken und Erwartungen als relevante Einflussfaktoren der Einstellung der Hausärzte bezogen auf KI in der Diagnosestellung identifiziert werden. Zusätzlich konnten praktische Implikationen für eine erfolgreiche Einführung von KI aus den Interviewdaten abgeleitet werden.
