Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird eine systematische Literaturrecherche vorgestellt, die als Scoping Review nach dem Vorschlag von Arksey und O’Malley (2005) durchgeführt wurde. Folgende Fragestellung leitete dabei die Erarbeitung: Was ist aus der vorhandenen Literatur bekannt über die Einflussfaktoren des Kulturwandels in stationären Altenpflegeeinrichtungen im Hinblick auf eine Öffnung ins Quartier bzw. den Sozialraum? Wir gehen zunächst auf das methodische Vorgehen ein (5.1), skizzieren dann die Ergebnisse (5.2) und diskutieren am Ende die Befunde zusammenfassend (5.3). Die Recherche als Scoping-Review zu verfassen war zielführend. Die Ergebnisse konnten so strukturiert und wesentliche Befunde auf der Mesoebene (Reorganisation/Projekte) verortet werden. Ein Großteil der gefundenen Literatur hat normativen Charakter und stammt aus den USA, wo ein wesentlicher Unterschied – die Ausrichtung des Kulturwandels nach innen, also auf die Einrichtung selbst – heraussticht.
