Die Beiträge in diesem Teil analysieren Formen, Entwicklungen und Auswirkungen von Altersdiskursen. Damit werden einerseits historische und aktuelle Gestalten solcher Diskurse erschlossen. Andererseits vermitteln die Beiträge einen Eindruck von grundlegenden Perspektiven und Vorgehensweisen kulturgerontologischer Diskursanalysen.
